Tips yoga for back pain

Who has not ever had a backache? Backaches and back pain are common and can sometimes be caused by poor posture, lack of exercise or stress. However, often due to problems of the spine. In both cases, the practice of yoga can radically change the lives of people with acute or chronic low back pain.

The stress of daily life, physical inactivity and poor posture, can cause acute or chronic pain in different parts of the back, being very well known in the lower part of the same, better known as lumbago. These pains can be easily relieved by the practice of certain yoga positions.

As in any practice of Yoga, an essential part of it is the proper breathing. If you suffer regularly from back pain before you started on the practice of the recommended positions, it is very important that you learn to breathe correctly. (more…)
